Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations

Delightful Desires only make deliveries in Australia. Shipping is sent by Australia Post Standard Delivery.

Processing your order

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Standard Delivery requires no signing for orders and may be left at the property if you are not home. Please let us know if you would like to sign for the parcel and we can arrange this. Depending on the value of your order there may be additional fees if you have not reached the free shipping requirement.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend..

Tracking Orders

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at contact@delightfuldesires.com.au

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-14 days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders sent to an Australian address

  • Free delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $40

  • Orders under $40 are sent at a standard postage as calculated at checkout

 

 

Returns/Refunds

ADULT TOYS

Adult Toys are non refundable/exchangeable for change of mind unless you received the wrong item by mistake, or the exchange is covered under the Australian Consumer Law

Delightful Desires takes great pride in our products however we don't open every item that we have in store and on the rare occasion our customers may receive faulty products, and if this happens, we will immediately put things right.

If you believe you received a faulty product, please ensure you check the following:

  • Have you tried holding down the ‘on’ button for 3-5 seconds? Some products come with a travel lock in place to prevent them from turning on accidentally.

  • If the product is rechargeable, please fully charge the product before attempting to turn it on. Some products come with a residual charge, but some may require charging before first being turned on.

  • Is the charger plugged all the way in, whilst some products don't need the charger to be all the way in to charge some do.
  • If it's magnetic charging, please clean the charging ports every month or so as they can get a debris build up which can stop the magnets connecting thus not charging

In the event that there is a fault with your product we are happy to replace your item. To arrange this, please contact us with the details of your fault within 7 days. Please include the details below:

  • The order number that the product was purchased on

  • A description of the issue

  • And if possible, a photo or video of the fault

We will then determine if we need to send you a return courier bag for the item, before we arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

In the event that the same item is not available, we will issue you with a store credit to use towards purchasing a new item on the Delightful Desires website or issue a refund for the product.

Any faulty products must be returned in their original packaging and with the receipt of purchase

Under no circumstances are returned products ever on-sold. They are returned to the manufacturer for fault analysis and replacement.
